  1.   2. No Customer escalation, Duration of the project <_ duration in the plan document, No accident or incidents at site, No quality issues reported from site, No re work carried out in the project, Cost of the project as planned, Lead time for billing as planned
  3. No of  customer escalation, No of Incidents, No of quality issues, No of re work, Percentage of cost, Percentage of profit margin, No of days for the project completion, No of lead time in billing after work completion
  4. Preparation of KPI of all sub department of TSG_April’15 to March’16
  5. Audit process conducted during the preparation of KPI
  6. Preparation of Minutes of all meetings
  7. Audit of invoices (Courier Company) before proceeding further
  8. Final Quality Objective of TSG for Auditing of ISO
  9. Assisting and conducting Meetings of TSG department
  10. Preparation and submission of Projection Vs Achieved report of all region on month end.
  11. Conduct conference call on weekly basis for further discussion with All RMs/BDMs
  12. Preparation & Submission of Weekly Business Funnels to HOD
  13. Noting all daily reports shared by all TSG teammates
  14. Reporting Calendar shared with all TSG member for their Structure for preparing their reports timely to HOD

Job Description:

Role/Responsibilities

  1. Coordinating & Planning of project schedules, resources, equipment, asset and information
  2. Liaising with customer to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
  3. Ensuring that customer needs are met as the project evolves
  4. Assign tasks to Engineer & Technician and assist with schedule management & to increase their Productivity.
  5. Adherence of Monthly planning given by PM
  6. Successfully implementation, Monitoring & Validation of Online PMS.
  7. Help to prepare budgets preparation, Tracking & Validation of Fund request & Expense claim submitted by resource.
  8. Analyse risks and opportunities of ongoing projects and share the data with reporting manager.
  9. Oversee project procurement & Partner management & Raise MR/SO/SR as per requirement of project & Co-ordinating with purchase & Logistics team for delivery.
  10. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  11. Preparation of Work Completion Certificate & Signoff to be taken from Customer weekly or as per Milestone.
  12. Validation of partner work done and approving supplier WCC for their invoicing at first level.
  13. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to customer & Internal Team.
  14. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers & Adhere SLA of Project.
  15. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures.
  16. Create and maintain & share comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports (Attendance, Fund request, Project Workbook (Internal), DPR-Customer, PO Pending, Vendor Work done, Productivity report, Billing Pending, EHS report) On Timely basis and as per requirement.
  17. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests & implementation of CAPA & Monitoring First time right work.
  18. Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Zero complaint.
  19. Ensure & Monitoring EHS Compliance with Zero tolerance
