Hiring for – DMS Team Leader Position for the Reckitt (a British multinational consumer goods company) process.
Salary/Compensation: Up To INR 7,00,000 p.a.

Job Locations: Noida (NCR)
The DMS Team Leader is responsible for the overall flow of operations for the “Tufting and Backwinding process at DMS”. He/she will coordinate the flow of activities to meet production and quality objectives for the Tufting area, oversee the delivery of all raw materials to the Tufting area, and ensure correct reporting and documentation of machine activities.
This position is responsible for the direction of the associates assigned to the tufting process.
This positions reports to the Assistant Manager.
Skills and Experience:
Previous Leadership experience required.
Good communication skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask.
Newspage DMS Training preferred.
Good interpersonal skills.
Basic Computer skills familiar with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
