Network-Diploma Engineer Trainee (N-DET) Programme - (Apprentice - Diploma Engineer Trainee - Field Engineers)

Eligibility:
- Diploma (Electronics/ Electrical) 2022 or 2023 Passed Out Batches only.
- Throughout 60% or above. (i.e. 10th, 12th, Diploma – 60% or above)
- Age 18 years or above.
- Candidate should have local language(s) capabilities, too.
Salary/Compensation/CTC & Career Progression:

*In addition to above emoluments, you will be entitled for Local conveyance reimbursement and daily field allowance as per company policy.
Career Progression:
Apprentice > N-DET > FE (Field Engineer)
Enrollment into B.Tech. Programme basis performance:
1.After joining as Field Engineer, you will be eligible for WILP (Work Integrated Learning Program) B.Tech. programme from institutes like BITS Pilani / MIT. (WILP = Work Integrated Learning Programme). All relevant further details will be shared with selected candidates.
2.The cost of the programme will be borne by the company.
Selection Process:
(Initial Selection Rounds may be Online/Virtual by Jio-Team, All Shortlisted candidates will be informed accordingly at time).
The selection process will comprise of JPAT (Jio Proficiency Test) > Functional Test and > Panel Interview to evaluate the candidate’s skills required for the job and cultural fitment for Jio.
Note:
Those candidates who have already appeared in this Jio process (within last 1-3 months) should not re-apply.
