Position Title: Care Coordinator Associate

Course Batch Eligible: 2023 (passing out), 2022, 2021 (passed out)

Recruitment process:
Shortlisting of Candidates > Telephonic/Online Round/or Group discussion (Round 1) > followed by hiring manager interview (Round 2).

Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding a patient’s profile and resolving their queries to make them aware of Pristyn’s offerings.
- Achieve monthly goals by properly counselling the patient about our service.
- Being sensitive to a patient’s needs and guiding them throughout their journey.
- Coordinating with different departments to achieve the desired results.
