About the Internship (Description)
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and customer follow-up.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and build relationships.
- CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Sales Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing sales data, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare reports and provide insights on sales trends and performance.
- Sales Administration: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining sales documentation, organizing sales materials, and scheduling appointments or meetings. Assist with order processing, invoicing, and inventory management.
